Thanks for the good game yesterday guys. 5-0 was a little harsh but I think you legs got tired towards the end. However, your first half performance was very decent with some good football and good passing. Probably only a full strength Waggon can play like that with us so I think you guys have a lot to build on. We played VERY well yesterday also so don't think we were at half pace ebcause we certainly weren't.
I see you were a couple af players down for the game but we were in a similar boat so I think the match up was balanced in that respect. I look forward to having you guys in the Division 1 next season. A definite sign of the improvement within the CDFL. See you for the league game (which may be a bit of a jolly by us if the league is wrapped!).

Yes I agree referee's should be given the respect they are due as long as they act in the right manner.
Whatever your thoughts on the quality of the CDFL from an administration point of view a poor ref is better no ref as we experienced against the Cosmos on Sunday.
A game against Long Road, let alone a semi, is going to be hard work so I think no-one including myself should be thinking of anything other than our opponents.
Looking forward to it.

See you folks on the 30th for the semi-final.
Hopefully it will be a good clean game with no verbals to one another or the ref. The CDFL struggles for refs so it's disappointing when they cop flak for no reason. I hope you'll agree Clive and ensure the semi is a credit to the league.
